New York Sour

  • 60 ml Bourbon / Whiskey I used Pearse Irish Whisky
  • 30 ml Simple Syrup
  • 30 ml Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
  • 1 Egg white
  • 15 ml Red Wine


  • Add all the ingredients except the wine to a shaker, and shake. Then add ice and shake again.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Carefully pour the wine over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the drink.
