White Lady Cocktail
Allegedly named after F. Scott Fizgerald’s wife, Zelda, and not Taylor Swift, the White Lady’s a simple enough cocktail to make, with gin, triple sec and lemon juice (egg white and sugar syrup too if you’re nasty).
Equipment
- Mixing Glass
- Martini or Coupe Glass
Ingredients
- 60 ml Gin Gordons
- 30 ml Cointreau
- 30 ml Lemon Juice
- 15 ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Lemon Twist
Instructions
- Add all gin, triple-sec, lemon juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker with no ice.
- Shake vigorously, then add ice to the cocktail shaker then shake again.
- Strain into a coupe glass.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and a few drops of angostura bitters.
