Blue Materia Cocktail
A blue materia cocktail based on the one they serve Square Enix Artina's Café.
Equipment
- Spherical Ice Moulds - 50ml
- Mixing Glass
Ingredients
- 25 ml Lime Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 25 ml Blue Curaçao
- 50 ml Dry Gin
Instructions
- Mix Blue Curaçao and lime juice in a mixing glass and carefully pour into a spherical ice mould, freeze for at least 24 hours.
- When ready to drink, add 50ml of dry gin to a glass, then add your frozen sphere to your glass, being careful not to drop it in too quickly as it may shatter.
