New York Sour
Servings: 1 Cocktail
- Mixing Glass
- Bar Spoon
- 60 ml Bourbon / Whiskey I used Pearse Irish Whisky
- 30 ml Simple Syrup
- 30 ml Lemon Juice Freshly Squeezed
- 1 Egg white
- 15 ml Red Wine
- Add all the ingredients except the wine to a shaker, and shake. Then add ice and shake again.
- Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
- Carefully pour the wine over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the drink.
